Monthly Chapter Educational Lunch Meeting

PLEASE NOTE: Special meetings (Mid-Winter Meeting, Education Day, Annual Conference) have specific agendas and registration processes. Refer to specific event announcements or the Chapter calendar for complete details.

Registration
There is not a registration fee for NC SGMP planner members for the normal monthly chapter educational lunch meetings. SGMP members affiliated with other chapters are welcome to visit up to two (2) monthly meetings free of charge.

Meeting registrations are due the Friday before the upcoming Wednesday meeting or the date specified on the announcement.

Registration is strongly encouraged and should be submitted in advance to Traci Burnett (information is included on the registration form). Checks should be made payable to NC SGMP and sent to Traci Burnett, 2509 Wingdale Drive, Charlotte, N.C. 28213

Costs
The cost for member suppliers who pre-register is $15, member suppliers who register after the deadline or at the door is $20. Nonmember suppliers is $25 in advance and $30 at the door.

This does not apply to Mid-Winter Meeting, Education Day or the Annual Conference. These are separate from the regular monthly meetings.

Nonmembers are welcome to visit two (2) monthly meetings free of charge. By the third (3rd) monthly meeting non-members must apply for membership with the NC SGMP to continue attending free of charge. Nonmember suppliers can attend 2 meetings before becoming a member.
